About Chris
Expertise
I am a professional poker player and game theory expert. I can answer almost any question related to poker, from your local home game to winning big tournaments or playing at a casino. I am the head cash game instructor at pokrxfactor.com, co-editor of blindstraddle magazine at blindstraddle.com, give lessons (I'm usually booked at least two weeks ahead of time) and I know a little about the online poker affiliate business as well.

Experience
I've been playing poker for a living for 4 years, and have written about the subject extensively. I have sold articles to places like twoplustwo.com and Deal magazine, and I write a monthly column called The Online Fox in Poker Pro Magazine and Poker Pro Europe. I run a poker magazine at www.blindstraddle.com and a rakeback site at www.pokerwhip.com.

Education/Credentials
I've read the books, talked to the old timers, and done my time at the tables. That's all the education a poker player gets. I own over 100 poker books and have read them all at least once.

Awards and Honors
"Best Article" award on pocketfives.com for 2005 for my bankroll management article. All my other "awards" have been in cash, and I've already spent them. Poker isn't about trophies, it's about money. Many major tournament wins online.

Past/Present clients
Too many to list. My poker coaching site has 600 paying members and I have at least 10 private students per week. I also work for RealPokerTraining.com as a consultant and fixed-limit Hold Em expert.

Question
after flipping your cards and beating the high hand, you continue to flip your cards. what is the ruling on this.

Answer
Honestly that game isn't a casino poker game and with house poker there are always unique rules at every house. With a game like no-peek, you will be dealing with whatever decision is made by the house or the biggest loudest voice or the majority vote. It's best to always try to be clear about what the house rules are before you start, but there are just too many rules and you'll never think to ask about all of them.

My inclination would be that the person revealing the cards has only hurt their own hand, so I would leave the cards face up and allow the other players to play on as normal, but with a lot of house games people aren't there for money and they want to play out the hands, so you might want to shuffle the revealed cards in to the deck and give him new cards face down.

Or just play poker online where the rules are always clear and the games are running all the time. That's what I do.
