Answer Hello Mike and thank you for your interesting question! I did lots of digging about this topic, and I did find a partial answer to your question. The "Grand Lisboa" casino does have a sportsbook, but I could not confirm that they do indeed offer American sports for wagering. I would assume so, but I cannot confirm it. The MGM, Sands, and Wynn do not have sportsbooks. I would be interested in knowing the complete answer as well if you ever nail one down. You could try phoning them. I tried but could not figure out the country code and didn't have a lot of time. I emailed a few casinos with no reply so I took a few days to answer you, but I was hoping to have information straight from the casinos themselves to report to you. Take care.
