Gastroenterology/YOU SMELL pt2

QUESTION: I was wondering would you please tell me: is it a fact that if we do a smelly fart, does that mean we need to go to the toilet?

ANSWER: Hi Cameron

If you have a “smelly fart”, what does it mean? It means that you eat a lot of meat (beef, pork, lamb) or you have too much fermentation in your bowels.

You are what you eat, digest, and eliminate. Digestion of the meat causes manufacturing toxic, smelling substances and gases (nitrosamine, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, indole, phenol, etc).
What do you think? Do you want to keep these toxins in your body? Release them.

If you have fermentation in your bowels, your food is not digested properly.
Make experiment: eat two days just fresh vegetables and fruits. You will see the changes. More information about healthy eating, you can get from part 2 of my EBook” Healthy Pancreas, Healthy You.”

Have a good health.

QUESTION: I was wondering would you please explain to me: why do some of our farts smell?

(P.S would you please try to give your answer in a easy way that I can understand)

Hi Cameron
If you want my answer in an easy way that you can understand, try to imagine that you leave a piece of your feces in the plastic bag and than you open it after a few days.
Right, it will be smell awful. This process is called putrefaction. If you eat meat, the intestinal bacteria split up proteins with producing very smelly toxic gases. It is bad if these toxic substances go in your system. Therefore, try to have bowel movement 1-2 times a day to release it.
Some people in the earth eat only fruits, so their stool does not smell.
Have a good health.
