Always combined with bloating in my stomach, cramps, and excessive gases.

I have visited many doctors and they failed to diagnose my issue.

Notes:
1.I am 30 Male
2.I always suffer from excessive gases
3.Usually I feel thirsty with the pain and drinking liquids helps to reduce it
4.I did many blood and stool analysis and they are all normal"

Answer
Hi Mourad

Gas and cramps after food consumption are signs of indigestion.
The reasons for your situation may be a few:
•   Low amount of the stomach acid
•   Low function of the pancreas; therefore low amount of the digestive pancreatic enzymes
•   Dysbiosis; the condition when the beneficial bacteria is diminished and there is the overgrowth of the opportunistic infection
•   Low amount of bile
•   Possible parisites, etc

Doctors call this condition functional dyspepsia. Functional means that tests are normal, but function is low.
If you could be my patient, I would advise:
1.   Chew your food 25 times before swallowing
2.   Do not mix proteins, starches, and sugars with one meal
3.   No sodas and sugars
4.   Drink plain water, two liters a day
5.   Drink chamomile, peppermint teas in case of gas and cramps
6.   Take the digestive enzymes before meals
7.   Take probiotics between meals
8.   If you can, spend 2-3 weeks in the European mineral spas, for instance, Karlovy Vary

Your doctor can make hydrogen, methane breath test to confirm dysbiosis.
In my EBook “Healthy Pancreas, Healthy You” there is much more of information about functional digestive disorders.

I wish you health.
