        Dear Abhijeet Jain!

If you on the strict vegetarian diet you cannot get vitamin B 12 and some other nutrients from your food, Try to find methylcobalamin (1000 mcg) and methylfolate 800 mg) in sublingual form. Keep two tablets in the mouth as long as you can two times a day consistently six months. These are water-soluble vitamins and excess releases through the kidneys. Nobody in the world described the toxicity of the vitamin B 12, but its deficiency cause many problems with blood, nervous system, energy, immunity, atherosclerosis, etc. “Normal” blood levels 200 - 900 picograms per milliliter (pg/mL) are low. You have to have more than1.200 pg/mL
B 12 and folic acid work together. In your case you consume a lot of folates; therefore, B 12 goes down.

Have good health.
