Since this girl has a girlfriend my advice would be to just develop a friendship with this girl then maybe you will learn a little more about her and then maybe after a while your friendship will lead to a relationship. Answer Hey Alex,
If you don't see yourself having a sexual relationship with this girl you could meet people who are in your age group and are bisexual and live near you at some of the teen chatrooms for bisexual girls. I met one of my girlfriends off of a bisexual teen chatroom. Also a chatroom is a good idea for people who are shy because you can get to know the person before you meet them so you will feel more comfortable.
