Experience I, myself, am a gay teenager who is openly "out of the closet" and have been since I was fourteen years old. I started the Gay-Straight Alliance at my school in 2007 and have served as the Vice President, and currently serving as the Secretary.
Question My boyfriend of five months admitted to me on the second month that he THINKS he might be bi nut isn`t sure. I really love him, but sometimes he acts kind of gay. He loves musical theatre etc, hates sports, a lot of his friends are girls and so on. I really like him, and he does me but we haven`t talked about it since and it plays on my mind a little... Why would he tell me that if everything was okay? Sould I let him go so he can discover his sexuality?

Gosh, this is a tuffy.
He sounds like me in a way. Loves the theatre, hates sports and says hes "bi" at first. In my opinion you need to let him go.
Because
1. He deserves to be able to find himself, but please make sure you dont tell people about it. He could feel very bad and hurt if it got out.
2. Girl, you deserve it to yourself to not have to deal with someone finding their sexuality. Wait to find a guy who will be totally about you. And, Claire, if he really really loved you, why would he be thinking of anyone diffent, which would include the same sex.
I know it will be tuff, but its something you both owe to one another.
