Answer Hey Joey!
Well you need to start slow. Im not sure of what you have done together yet, but first take it slow. Make sure you both can get off with no problems around eachother. Handjobs, blowjobs, dryhumping stuff first. The get into playing with bottoms, fingers etc. Get it kind of ready for the real thing.
When you both are ready, I want you to consider one thing first, are you sure you want to do this. Make sure you're doing this for the right reasons, because you will remember this for the rest of your life.
Now with anal. Start by knowing what position you want and who is going to be the top and the bottom. I recommend that the person who will be bottoming should be on top, or moreorless "riding". This will give the one receiving the anal sex control over it, control over the speed and intensity. Make sure you wear a condom! "Safe sex, or no sex" is my motto! Make sure there is a TON of lube. In the holw, around and on the condom covered penis. Then the bottom, who is actually on top, will put the penis in him going slowly with it. By the way, you will want a LOT of lube at the head of the penis.
Take your time, do it when you have the time and privacy to maybe take an hour or more of foreplay before even going into anal.
