About Matt
Expertise
I can answer questions on coming out, sexuality confusion and reactions from friends and family - I have been through all of this myself. Feelings, thoughts and does the "he/she like me" stages too. I may be younger than some of the experts but I am talking from 1st hand experience and I know what it is like. Having problems at school or don't know how to tell people? I can help with that too. Don't hestitate to ask me your questions, I am here to help.

Experience
I am a bisexual teen who has come out to family and friends. I have been through the stages of "Am I gay or am I bi?", the reactions and opinions of students at school and also had trouble from people because of my sexuality. It is something I feel strongly about and want to help others, like AllExperts helped me.

Education/Credentials
I am still in full-time education and have taken my GCSE's. I have got 10 A-C at GCSE and am now at Sixth Form studying for my AS & A Levels in ICT, RE & Psychology.

Gay/Lesbian/Bi Teens - should i go for it?

Expert: Matt - 6/14/2009

Question
There's this girl that I like and we're friends on facebook. I know she's bi and so am I. The only problem is we haven't seen each other since eight grade and we both just graduated high school. Should tell her I like her or just let it go?

Answer
Hey Dani,

You should get chatting with her, meet up as mates, and if there is anything between you [chemistry etc] then you could suggest something.

Alternatively, you could ask her out on a date, but it would be best to meet as friends first incase you really aren't compatible as people.

Matt :)
