Expert: Kay Date: 5/14/2008 Subject: Curious/ I don't know if i'm gay?
Question So I don't know how to navigate this subject. I have read stories about people
saying that they always knew or they always felt a certain way, but I haven't
questioned my sexuality until recent months. Anyway, I have found myself
having feelings for a couple of women in my life. I'm not even sure if that is
what you would call it. i just think they are really beautiful and can imagine
what it would be like to "get to know them". I don't know what to do. I don't
know if I'm gay, its really hard. I know my parents would murder me. HELP
PLEASE. I'm confused and I know I'm the only one who truly knows, but i can't
figure it out. I'm 21 and never been intimate with anyone, so there isn't any
insight there. Just need someone to talk to. If you can help that would be
great. If there is a site that you know can help people like me, that would

Well, you have to look more into these feelings that you had for these other people to see if it was a phase or a life choice.
Yes, I agree that one knows that they are gay when they are young...atleast I did. However, I am only speakin for myself and sure other people experience things differently.
Now about these feelings, sometimes we can develope feelings for the same sex and it can mean nothing or some sort of phase. NO one knows you better than yourself so it is up to you to see the paterns. You have to ask your self how far your attractions go for the same sex. Could you see your self with them? In a long term relationship? Seeing the same sex and just thinking they are beautiful, does not make you gay but again, you have to play close attention to why you are liking these women.
