Question
I was told that this guy was gay & in denial but I also heard that he was talking to people about his "situation",
Is it possible to be in denial yet talk to people?

Answer
Dear Jeff,

Sure, it's absolutely possible.  Perhaps the fellow is just coming to terms with his sexuality.  It can take time to self-identify, especially if a person has stumbling blocks on the path (religious prohibition, moral objection, fear of family rejection, etc.).  One cannot rush another on the path of coming out of the closet -- it has to be worked out in one's own time.

Regards,
Brandon
