Question
Is it normal for a homosexual to be afraid of telling his parents because I know I am gay and I dont want my family to know that Im gay?

Answer
Paul,

It is very normal. Every gay person feels like that at some point.

You don't mention your age or enough information for me to really help you (i.e. why you don't want them to know, etc.) But if they love you they will still love you when they find out you are gay. It may take time depending on how understanding they are but in the end the majority of parents love their children regardless of who they are or what they do. They just want you to be happy.

Good Luck,
-Gary
