Question Hello, my name is Eric Davis, I am 14 years old, and I recently studied the Declaration of Independance in my 8th grade social studies class. I noticed that one of the signers of the Declaration was Lyman Hall, from Georgia. I already know that I had ancestors living in America during that time, and one of them was John Hall. John Hall was born Dec. 9, 1758, and died Feb. 8, 1835. He also served in the American revolution for Maryland. My grandmother has also made it a big hobby to find ancestors and distant relatives, and she has said that a family rumor says that John Hall is a relative of Lyman Hall. So, I ask if you could please assist me in my quest to find out if I am a distant relative of one of our nation's founding fathers.
