Let me ask you something: why are you asking? Are you looking for a lesson in conflict resolution? The reality comes down to value. What is the value in even having an argument like this? BTW: I couldn't watch any more than about 10 seconds of this so I have no idea what it's about, but then, I don't have to. It's all about ridiculous, unimportant garbage that is created for the value of the viewing audience.
Tiff, if you're getting involved with people that have nothing better to do with their time than to make up situations in order to build drama, I suggest that the problem isn't entire the other people if you know what I mean.

QUESTION: I have to work and go to school with some trailer trash types of people that KEEP ON picking fights with me every single day. I'm about 15 years older to them so they don't relate to me. Also, apparently I'm the only one in the office that showers.

Unfortunately, you DO just have to walk away. You have to decide that you're not going to engage in situations you can't possibly win. Really, why have a battle of wits with the witless?
Living well is accepting that everyone is in a state of becoming. What they are becoming isn't any of your business however. You don't have to become right along with them. You can be on your own path that doesn't involve them and their petty little dramas - and the lack of soap.
