About Kate
Expertise
I can answer anything about dating in high school, jealous girls, dating in college, romantic gifts or ideas, how to deal with the family of your significant other, how to resolve fights, and how to learn from your fights. Basically, I can answer any questions you have about dating.

Experience
I am a 20 year old college student. I have had a serious boyfriend for over 6 years now. My boyfriend and I both attend college, but two different ones. I have had many experiences while dating this guy. I've gone on family vacations, to family functions and the like.

Publications
I have had poems published in two books.

Education/Credentials
I am currently studying Psychology with a plan of becoming an elementary teacher.
I would like to say that I tell it to you straight. If you are in the wrong -I'm going to tell you. The last thing I want to do is provide you with some fake answer just because I'm afraid I would hurt your feelings. I know that this sounds a bit harsh but I want to be able to give you a complete answer...even if that means telling you the truth! :)

General Dating Questions - What are good questions to ask a guy?

Expert: Kate - 3/12/2006

Question
I don't ask very many questions and I met this guy, Mike, who wants me to ask some questions to get to know him and his personality better. I really like him what are some good questions to ask him. I know he is interested in me because of his best friend. I am 18 and he is 19 we have know each other for a few weeks now. Thank you for your help.

Answer
Erin,
Just to help open up the floor for conversation:
Where did you grow up? What was your favorite toy growing up? What are you vices? Pet peeves? Did you ever break a bone? Favorite food? Favorite holiday, memory? Favorite music? Best friend? Favorite actor, what kind of movies he likes? Any favorite sports, does he exercise, weight lift? What can't he live without? Favorite guilty pleasure?

These are some good ones that will spark a long conversation, like the childhood ones. You have to ask him in a way that lets yourself become vulnerable as well. Instead of just asking about his pet peeve, open up with "I absolutly hate when people wear flip flops in the winter, it drives he crazy." Or whatever your pet peeve is...Anything else, let me know! Kate
