Question
what is the best area to train in networks for a career in it

Answer
Hello,

The start is always getting the foundation strong, which is LAN-WAN fundamentals including Routing & Switching. I would suggest ti start with CCNA and then progress to a more specialized area that you might find interesting.

Regards,
Tejas Natu
