Expert: Tejas Natu - 11/3/2009

Question
a good day......
how to connect 6 systems using d-link switch.and i want to get internet to all systems...i am maintaining 1 system as a server in this.any other components to be use in this.

Answer
Hello,

You can connect all PC's to the LAN ports on the switch and have the Internet connection connected to the WAN/Uplink port on the switch. Your server can also be attached to the LAN port and act as the DHCP server for your internal network.

Regards,
