Question
I have a website and would like to know if the users coming from a lan who use shared internet connection count on google analytics.
It's like the below order.
Subnet IPs > DHCP server with static Ip > Mywebsite. Will the users show up as unique visitors or end up under same ip.

Thanks,
Anil

Answer
Yes, they would, Anil. Since unique visitors are counted on the basis of cookies not IP address so all your LAN users who visited your website will be unique visitors. You may want to ask them to turn off their cookies to calculate unique external users :)

Hope this helps.
