Question
(This is not a spam or a homework question)
When we sent  text messages, they usually get delivered straight away, but some don’t get delivered straight away so I was wondering would you please explain to me in a simple way that I can understand: wot does it mean by “waiting for delivery”?

Thanks

Answer
when you send a text message... your phone connects to a network... on the network is a text messaging server... this server supplies handshake messages when there is a problem or a delay... the message above is one of those handshake messages... it means... the message got to the server but its having problems getting to the recipient on the other end.
