Subject: Regarding job post

Question
I am student of 2-years fulltime MBA Retail Management, what kind of job n post could i get?

Answer
Jesal,
That depends on what type of retail you want to get into. Some large companies have management development programs and they hire MBA's right out of school, but most retail companies want you to start at the store level as a manager trainee and then move to store management, then district manager then regional manager and then head office. This is the normal route for store operations people.  Good luck!
