Question
1. She is at the meeting.

Can we say, "she is in the meeing"? What's the difference?

2.The skies will be clear tomorrow.
The weather will be clear tomorrow.
The skies will clear up tomorrow.

Are all above sentences grammatically correct?
Do they all mean the same thing?  

Answer
1. She is at the meeting.

Can we say, "she is in the meeing"? What's the difference?

"She's at the meeting" means more that she is attending a meeting at a place other than the building where the conversation is taking place.

"She's in the meeting" would mean more that she is in a meeting in the same building where the conversation is taking place.

2.The skies will be clear tomorrow.
The weather will be clear tomorrow.
The skies will clear up tomorrow.

Are all above sentences grammatically correct?
Do they all mean the same thing?

They are all grammatically correct and the first two mean the same thing. The third one implies that the skies are currently not clear.
