Answer
Dear Paolo:

1) It sounds LIKE the weather may be bad tomorrow.

2) It sounds AS IF the weather may be bad tomorrow.

3) It sounds AS THOUGH the weather may be bad tomorrow.

**** I find all three to be acceptable.  However, #1 is really casual.  The other two are more formal.

I found a new website that I want to share with you.  I've found some of the explanations and examples to be very comprehensive.  There is a search box at the upper, right side of the screen.  You can also click on the "tab" on the upper left side.  The tab is called "Book Tree."  That lists "chapters" in the books.
