Dear Ted:

Is the following sentence correctly written and punctuated?

Iíve been a fan of Francesco Russo ever since he took the helm of the Italian accessories label Sergio Rossi.

If I were to rewrite the sentence, I would do it in the following way:

I've been a fan of Francesco Russo ever since he took the helm of Sergio Rossi, an Italian accessories label.

an Italian accessories label.

*** Paolo, either version is correct.  I think that the way you wrote it is
better than the original.
