I think it's time to meet each others parents.

I think it's time to meet each other's parents.

*** The second one is correct.  You need the apostrophe and "s" for "other's'" because parents belongs to both of the people.  You must show possession in this manner.

2. Can approximately be abbreviated as apprx. instead of approx. ?

*** No.  The generally accepted abbreviation is "approx."
