Dear Walden:

What is the correct word in each blank?

*** Walden, there are a few options for the blanks.  I am choosing this one:  Rich as he MAY BE, he is not kind.

In other words, the man MAY BE rich, but his wealth does not make him a kind man.

Happy New Year to you, as well.  May 2014 bring you the best of everything!
