It's Valentine's Day! And loving husband, John, has made a delicious and nutritious breakfast for his wife, Brandy, to eat in bed.

*** Yes, the punctuation is correct.  The infinitive phrase, to eat in bed, is awkwardly attached to the end of the sentence.  You can avoid this problem by changing "breakfast" to "breakfast in bed for his wife, Brandy."
