Question
Let's say there are 2 identical twin sisters and 2 identical twin brothers.
Let's say the twin sisters names are Amanda and Kathy.
The twin brothers names are Paul and Bill.
Amanda and Paul have a daughter.
Bill and Kathy have a daughter too.
Will both their daughters be genetically the same? And if so what is the name for it?

Answer
Not necessarily. Even if the starting genetical material may bear great resemblance, events that later happen during embryo growth will include shuffling of genetic material and recombination of paternal and maternal sets of genes. Add to it gene-environment effect which will all lead to the children looking different and/or behaving different. Only identical twins bear highest resemblance genetically. I am not aware of a name for such cousin born to twin parents marrying twins.
