Question
Does geocities support Active server pages? If not can you recommend a way to test any pages I make?

No, GeoCities is on a UNIX server and doesn't support Active Server Pages. A good NT host that supports Active Server Pages (for free and no ads) is http://www.brinkster.com but it lacks the addons and features of GeoCities. Make sure you sign up for the "General Membership".
