Question
I created my resume in MS word then moved it to Front Page 2000.  I uploaded the directory and the HTML file, however i now get an error saying i do not have an index file.  Can you give me some insite on this situation.  Thanks. Jeff

Answer
Hello Jeff

I think what's happening is that the program is telling you to rename your file "index.html" : every website needs its main page to be called that, browsers will search for the index file in order to open the whole website and if you haven't got one, they can't find you! If you don't want to rename your resume, then you need to create an index page file, call it "index.html" and create a link to your resume from the index file (and back to the index file FROM the resume too.)  You could also upload your resume to an existing website (if you have one) and link it in there.

I hope this explanation is clear and will help you.

Best wishes
