Question Where in world does water flow uphill and what are the factors responsible for it.
Answer Hi Francis,
Generally water does not flow up hill unless it is pushed in that direction by other forces such as tidal surge or wind or tsunami. Ground water may flow "up hill" under the right circumstances with hydrostatic pressure and the solidity of the substrate the water is flowing over.
