Subject: rocky mountains

Question
How different and similar are the Rocky Mountain Region in Canada and the Rocky Mountain Region in Colorado, in terms of physical geography, physical characteristics, climate, and resources of the region.

Answer
Hi Jan

The Rocky Mts. are one long mountain chain.  There is little difference from north to south other then the fact that the northern portion is more glaciated then the southern segment. It is of course also colder in the north but "temperature" is relative given the heights of these mountains.

I'm not sure what you mean by "resources of the region".
