Question
can you elaborate the different categories of lumberjacks of Canada.

Answer
Hi Aishwarya,

There are different jobs that Lumberjacks do:

1) "Feller" this is the person who cuts down the tree
2) "topper" this person climbs up the tree cutting off its limbs and then cuts off the top
3) "trimmer" this person trims the tree that has been felled and then also cuts it into logs in sections of as much as 20 feet long
4) "Hauler" this is the person that moves the logs to a staging area to be shipped to the lumber mill
5) "skidder" is the person that works with the hauler to move and stack the logs

I hope this helps
