Question
Do you know what crop exchanges took place after the Spanish contact(Europe) with the New World(Latin America) .
What kind of crops were brought from Latin America to Europe and can you say where or which direction they were crossing from

And what crops from Europe, Asia and Africa were brought to the New World (Latin America)

Hi Kale,  Among the crops that went from the new world to the old: Potatoes, Tomatoes, Many kinds of squash, Corn (maize), Cenapodium, amaranth, and Tobacco and others,  Going the other way: Yams (africa), Okra (africa), Grains (wheat, rye, oats), linen, many flowering plants....
