what is the difference B/W epigenetic and syngenetic mineral deposit ?
and where and how thy form ?

Answer
Syngenetic ores are those forming at the same time when their host rocks are forming, like the manganese nodules on the seafloor and phosphorite deposits.
Epigenetic ores are those forming at a later time than the host rocks, like stratiform copper deposits, and many of the MVT (Mississippi Valley Type) Pb-Zn deposits.
