i live in soap lake wa. our lake is one of a kind. the town was once booming, and famous for the healing qualities  in the water and black creamy, stinky , black mud. there are still some who come but  not much.  i found some verey strange rocks and not sure what kind. any info  would be great.

Answer
Nice specimen, seems water worn (perhaps brought/dumped by some stream entering the lake. From appearance the specimen seems hard. However from the pics. I am sorry, its not possible to identify.
You can take them to some prof. of geology department in any college nearest to you who can individually examine and name them for you.
