Question
What is the diameter of a circle with the radius of 58 inches.
The diameter of a circle is the distance from one side to the other through the center.
Picturing this in your head, note that the diameter can be cut in half at the center
and that each side is then the radius.
That is, the diameter is twice the radius, so the diameter is 2(58).
