Geometry/Angle Properties of Circles

Hello, could you please help me with this homework question? I'm not sure if angle BCD is a right angle or if triangle ABC is an isosceles triangle. Thank you!

Sorry, but I forgot to attach my picture with that problem.

It had a line drawn at BO.  It had angle CBD labeled as a, angle CAO labeled as b,
angle AOD labeled as d, angle CBO labeled as e, and angle ABO labeled as f

If you would like the actual attachment, write back and request it.

I can answer whatever questions you ask except how to trisect an angle. The ones I can answer include constructing parallel lines, dividing a line into n sections, bisecting an angle, splitting an angle in half, and almost anything else that is done in geometry.
