Question I know u might have been asked this question before. But i just don't get how to make sentences in german. Its really confusing to me. Please help!

In my experience, English speakers have no problems with simple statement sentences with single verbs, since there the word order is essentially the same in German as in English (subject verb object). It gets tougher with compound verbs (which are split in German sentences), and also with subordinate clauses and questions (in which the word order is different from English). Give special attention to these points when reading the above link.
