I suppose your mother tongue is English?

For English native speakers is not so necessary to study another language, because many people in the world know English, so you can communicate with many people from different countries.

The advantages of learning a new language are, for example:

You become aware of the grammar of your own language and you are deepening the knowledge of your own language (English).

You can communicate with people who don't know English or who don't know English very well, by this you can understand better people from other countries.

Learning any other other language is broadening your cultural background which may give you some additional pleasure?
