Question
Hi, I need to get power of attorney for my mum in Germany.  How do i do it? She is ageing and needs help.  We live in Australia. What do we need to do? thanks for your help

Answer
I would like to counter your question with my own: As you live on the other side of the world - are you in a position to help and look after your mother properly if she is in need? If no, there would be no serious reason for her grant you power of attorney.
