Question
How r wills executed upon death in germany? If a benefiarary pre deceases the maker of the will what happens?

Answer
Dear Tyra,

The wills are normally executed by the local probate court (Amtsgericht) and an executor that is named in the will or by the court. If the beneficiary died his or her children step in as beneficiary.
