Answer
I never heard of an actual Frankenstein castle until you wrote to me.  So I Googled it and found the following sites for you to check out.  That's the best I can do since as you can see there are a few of these castles.

http://www.burg-frankenstein.de
http://www.burgenwelt.de/frankenstein2/frankenstein2.htm
http://www.speisekarten-seite.de/menu/gallery/default.asp?showMenu=162 (this is a menu from a restaurant called Burg Frankenstein in Darmstadt)
http://www.odenwald.de/sights/marks/mlburgf.htm

Maybe these are all the same place but it seems like this is some old castle that does Halloween parties, mystery dinner parties, and tours, all built around the legend of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.  The castle is within the Kreis of Darmstadt in the little town of Muhltal (just a few kilometers SW of the city).  So you can drive there by car and according to one website, there are 25 parking places available.

Attended the special 350th Anniversary edition of the Oberammergau Passion Play in 1984. Fluent in German, I'm always asked by the locals where I learned to speak so well. That makes me feel good. When I go there, I want to blend right in and feel at home.
