Subject: What kind of goat do i have

Question
I want to find out what kind of goat i have. There are alot of names.But a goat man thinks a pop belly goat. Were will i have to go to find out.But its a he, not so big,short layed downhair,horns that go up,black and has white on hia face. But the ownwers say that he is a billy goat. So how will i find out?

Take a head shot and a full body shot from the side and front-
A billy goat is not a breed of goat but rather a male goat who is still intact (who has not been castrated) more commonly known among breeders as a buck-  a castrated male is called a wether.
He may be a pygmy goat- short legged and round belly. He may be a cross breed.
