Goats/pygmy with bump on jaw

Question
Just noticed this morning that my pygmy whether has a lump on his jaw.  Both sides look bigger but the left more noticable.  The lump is golf ball size and hard.  He is eating, up and running around but licking his lips a lot.  Any ideas?  I haven't gave him anything as of yet.  Any ideas would be helpful! Thanks

Answer
HI Melissa,
Since I cannot see him - take a look at  this article and see  if you can tell me where the lumps are and if they look like anything in the photos:

How old is he and also  look at his inner eyelid membrane to see if he is anemic:

Both sides of what look bigger?  His jaw? Did this happen all of a sudden? What is his rectal temperature? IS this only when he is chewing his cud? Take a look at the diagrams in the link I sent and let me know which diagram and placement of the lumps.
