Goats/sick Nigerian Dwarf doe

My 2 year old doe has diarrhea today, and is staying in her house.  She got up to drink but didn't drink much.  She looks bloated.  She won't eat.  I gave her Milk of Magnesia.  Shall I give her de-worming medicine?  Please help.

What color is the diarrhea? Any foam around the mouth?  If she is bloated then mineral oil works best.  Did she just start having the diarrhea?  This could be a pneumonia and would need penicillin at 3 cc/100 pounds injectable twice a day for 5 days (intramuscularly).  What is her temperature?  Let me know - feel free to give me a call - Donna 360-742-8310
