Goats/Re: Migis Update

Good Morning Donna,
Update on Migi - Migi continues to get better eating, drinking, peeing, & pooping fine. However i haven't givin him his VITAMIN B-COMPLEX & PROBIOTIC PASTE for about 2 weeks now b/c even without the REGIMENS he still eats like crazy especially his hay & a little snack foods so i'm testing him to see if he can go without it as long as possible. Is this not good or do i need to continue to give it to him. Also since he eats alot his stomach keeps getting bloated then goes down then bloat up again is this normal? Other than his bloating he eats fine as mention above. Thanks Donna hope to hear from u soon!!

Me & Migi

Thanks for the update.  So glad to hear Migi is doing well.  Some goats when they eat, fill their rumen and it looks large - not really bloat, just full of food - and then as their system processes the food their tummy decreases in size back to normal.  If Migi has been doing well without the extra supplements of vitamin B complex and probiotics then I would not worry about giving him these - just save for times when his digestive system seems to not be doing well - hope this helps - Donna
