Goats/Re: Migis Update

Hi Donna,
Update on Migi - U know Donna its been almost 2 weeks & Migis poop is still not back to normal large berries all clumped together only nibbling his hay & snack/foods the weathers been cloudy/& very windy at times with slight drizzle rain. Both sides of his tummy looks sunken in. He goes outside nibble on greens & weeds. At times shows no interest in food. I don't know whats wrong with him. Hes peeing okay not drinking alot, i'm giving him his probiotic paste, & vitamins b-complex regimen no DURAMYCIN. I wormed him yesterday w/SAFEGUARD WORMER b/c i'm thinking maybe he might have worms due to the clumpiness of his poop. Its been like that for almost 2 weeks now. I don't think hes constipated b/c he pooped alot this morning. Please let me know. Thanks Donna

Me & Migi

Thanks for the update.  It could simply be that he does not feel like eating a lot because of the weather.  It could be worms.  Have you tried putting a flavoring into his water?  The sunken in tummy sounds more like dehydration.  Glad you wormed him.  Would just watch for another few days and see how he does.
