Goats/Warts

Question
I have a billy goat that has something growing on his ear. It looks like warts. Is there anything I can do to remove them or will they be alright?
Thanks, Ted

Answer
Hello - is the lesion flat or protruding outward?  What color is it?  Does it have hair growing on it?  How large are these?  Are they round?  Do they bother the goat when you touch them?  Are these on the outside of the ear or the inside? Goats can get warts but they also get other lesions that might need a different treatment.  Let me know - Donna
