Question
i have a boer sire thats about 3 years old. he looks bloated and he is just sitting down and not trying to get up that much and when i put i food in front of him, he is not that interested in it. and also he has been eating coastal hay

Answer
Is he pooping and peeing? Has he been in a new pasture? Did he get into any grain? Any foam coming from his mouth?

Since he seems bloated, would assume this is bloat and would start treatment with human mineral oil orally - 1/2 cup per 100 pounds body weight every 2 hours for three doses.  May need to repeat again 4 hours after last dose if not less bloated.  Let me know - Donna
