Goats/pigmy goat tissue hanging from rear

My female pigmy goat has strange pink tissue hanging from her rear. As of this morning when i went to let let out of their pen. Is this normal if she is in labor? I didnt think she was even pregnant. Please help. I am new to owning.

This looks like leftover placental tissue.  No kids were born? Is it possible she had the kids somewhere you cannot find them?  This can also be (hard to tell exactly from photo but do appreciate the photo) that this could be placental tissue previa, which means placenta is detaching before kids are born, also not normal.  Please give me a call if you'd like.  360-742-8310.  Hope this helps a bit.
